We as a people tend to care about those who are in our circle. These people may be friends, family, or colleagues. However, we tend to not notice we are the one always reaching out to check on, follow up, and support in whatever way possible. Once its noticed that energy is not being returned, then we must re-evaluate how much more we are willing to give. Never lose yourself in others.
